It looks a bit weird with the wrapping on the funnel, but other than that a pretty cool tank engine. What did they use it for?

As it is a GWR loco, it is of little interest to me, but

Taken from Wikipedia:

"The Great Western Railway (GWR) 5205 Class is a class of 2-8-0T steam locomotives. They were designed for short-haul coal trips from coal mines to ports in South Wales. The '42XX' Class of locomotives were introduced by the Great Western Railway in 1910 to work heavy freight trains in the coalfields of South Wales. They were strong, powerful engines capable of moving very heavy loads. The original locomotives designed by G. J. Churchward were supplemented in 1923 by slightly more powerful locomotives of the same type known as the '5205' Class. They were based on the earlier 4200 Class."

Very nice photograph. Ashame doesn't have Tarp' over it to at least protect it from the elements.

Or give it to use on the SVR then we can stick it in the Engine house :P Or even Barrow Hill as our Black 5 is currently there.
